Key Reunion Awards Announced; Record Breaking Giving!

During Friday night's Centennial and Reunion Reception, key Reunion Awards were announced, as well as Reunion Giving Awards and Challenges.
President of the Alumnae Board Celeste Niarchos '67 presented Andrea Coggins ’06 with the Long Distance Award; Andrea had traveled to Walker’s for Centennial, as well as for her Reunion, all the way from Shanghai, China. The award for the largest Reunion attendance was given to the Class of 1981, who were represented by over thirty enthusiastic attendees.
Board member Debby McKenzie '55 announced that the Classes of the 1s and 6s had responded to their Reunion Giving Challenge by raising a record amount of over $200,000; the same challenge now lies before the Classes of 2s and 7s. Celeste Niarchos also announced that Walker's Annual Fund had exceeded all prior years' with over $1.5 million!
