Store Policies
We will never share your information with anyone.
Goods are normally shipped via USPS, however we may use other shippers. We will check with all the major providers to ensure the cheapest/fastest option is used.
Orders are normally sent within 2 business days and take 3-5 business days within America (depending on your location, allow extra for regional and remote areas).
Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers have the option of a store credit or refund. Returns for a store credit will be given a 100% store credit (only if the product including the packaging is in new condition; otherwise a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply). All returns for a refund will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (greater than 10% if the product is damaged or items are missing).
The website does not store your credit card details, payments are processed via Authorize.net.
