Walker's has a tradition of service, both within the school and beyond. We continually demonstrate this belief by our dedication to fellow alumnae, to the school and to current students.
The Alumnae Board of The Ethel Walker School is comprised of 15 alumnae dedicated to fostering connections between Walker's Alumnae and the school. Members of the Alumnae Board serve on a variety of committees to advance the relationships between classmates, Alumnae and the school, as well as graduates and current students.
Walker's Alumnae volunteer for the school through continued class leadership roles as a class agent, class correspondent, or Reunion chair. Additionally, Alumnae serve as guest speakers on campus, liaisons to current students pursuing their Junior/Senior Projects, and as regional event hostesses. Contact alumnae [at] ethelwalker [dot] org for more information.
Walker's Parents play an important role in supporting school-wide and class activities through the Upper School Parents Association and the Middle School Parents Association. Additionally, Walker's Parents serve as Athletic and Arts Representatives, participants of The Walker's Fund Parent Team, contacts for Junior/Senior Projects, members of campus committees and volunteers for Campus Beautification Day.
Walker's Parents are always involved and eager for more opportunities to connect with current students and the school.
Your commitment and enthusiasm are a welcome and important addition to the Walker's community!
Walker's volunteers are a crucial part in carrying out the school's mission.
