Head squash coach Laila Samy comes to Walker's from Wesleyan University where she was a four-year member of the squash team. Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Samy was the number one player on the Wesleyan team and graduated as the #4 ranked player in the United States in college squash.
Senior Brianna Duba from The Ethel Walker School was named as the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Player of the Month in Connecticut for November. The NFHCA awards a player of the month in each state throughout the year.

After a regular season record of 11-3-1, the varsity field hockey team made it to postseason for yet another season. The team won in the quarterfinals at home against Canterbury School, 2-1 on Wednesday, November 14 before advancing to the semis to face #7 New Hampton School.
