“Since freshman year, I have spent time learning about all the different facets of the school but I especially love my time in the barn. As a Cicerone, when it comes to tours, I enjoy making friends with the families visiting the school, learning about their interests, sharing my experiences, and offering advice and suggestions to ensure their visit is the best possible one.”

What is your favorite part of your typical day at Walker’s? What do you look forward to every day?

I always look forward to any opportunity I have to go to the barn. Whether it’s before school for some morning cuddles or after a tough test when i’m feeling down, the barn has always been my safe space and having it just across the street has made the biggest difference in my life.

What advice would you give an incoming Walker’s student?

Never be stop yourself from wanting to try something new or trying to add something to the community!

What do you think is the biggest benefit of attending Walker’s?

The biggest benefit is that every student wants the same things and has the same drive. We all try our hardest on the field or in the classroom and active participation makes a bigger difference than you can ever imagine.
