What do you find to be the most rewarding part of being on the Alumnae Board?

Connecting with friends new and old, and seeing the Walker’s thread of tradition, innovation, and creativity throughout.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a graduating Walker’s student?

Always stay in touch with your friends! 25 years later, my classmates are still my sisters.

How did attending Walker’s impact your path and where you are now?

I believe very strongly in women’s education, and spent 10 years as a volunteer and leader in the Junior League of Monmouth County.

Who was your favorite teacher? Why?

Dr. Dirk Delo! He was our class father, our math teacher, our computer teacher, our crew couch, our dorm father…. He was (is) the best!

What was your favorite class at Walker’s?

Anything Dr Zalinger taught!

What are some fun facts about you?

I have no tattoos, and will (probably) never get one. I have 3 pets: Sherlock (the German Shepherd) and Francis Scott Kitty & Kit Cat (rescue cats). I loved running the soundboard in Ferguson for the musicals & performances while at Walker’s.
