“Hi, my name is Quinn! I entered Walker’s in seventh grade, and now as a senior, I have been at the school for six years! I love being a Cicerone – I think it’s so fun to be able to share all my great memories and all the reasons I love Walker’s with all prospective families!”

What is a unique experience you’ve had at Walker’s that you didn’t think you’d be involved in when arriving at Walker’s?

I always thought that being a Cicerone looked so fun but I thought I would never apply because I used to be really shy around new people! After middle school and freshman year, I gained so much confidence, and all my friends and I applied to be Cicerones and I am so happy that I did!

What is your favorite part of your typical day at Walker’s? What do you look forward to every day?

I usually ride every single day. I love that the barn is so close to school and I can head over whenever I have any free time! It is always a great way to start or end the day!

What do you think is the biggest benefit of attending Walker’s?

Personally, the community and the riding program are equally the best parts of being at Walker’s! The equestrian team is not only super close and super fun, but the program is so amazing and I have improved so much as a rider. The general community of the school is so welcoming and close too!
