Wellness with Walker’s

How do we combat Zoom fatigue? What does “normal” mean now? What does mental health look like after COVID? Join us in a conversation about wellness and mental health, with professional women in our Walker’s community. Hear about wellness during COVID on our campus and learn more about self-care in this challenging time. We will also learn mindfulness breathing exercises and meditations.
