Dee is a longtime coach, educator, and leader in the lacrosse and field hockey communities. She earned her B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master of Education from Syracuse University, with a minor in Nutrition. Dee began her coaching career at Syracuse University and went on to coach at Saint Joseph, Eastern Connecticut State University, and the University of Hartford, as well as at the high school level. She previously served as Assistant to the Head of School at The Ethel Walker School from 2005–2007 and Director of Athletics from 2007–2010, and later served as Director of Athletics at Canton Public Schools from 2012–2014.
She owned and operated Dodgers Lacrosse from 2010–2023 and currently serves as Director of DEWLAX CT/MA. Throughout her career, Dee has coached numerous High School All-Americans and Academic All-Americans. She has also represented Team Puerto Rico as a team manager and coach, including at the 2019 U19 World Championships and with the Women’s National Team at the 2026 World Championships in Japan.
Dee is excited to return to The Ethel Walker School, where she currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Operations and Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach. She lives in Avon with her husband, Chris, owner of Sartorius Sports, and their four children: Alexis, Ashleigh, Sandra, and Christopher.
