On Wednesday, October 4, Tony-nominated director and choreographer for broadway, film and television John Carrafa visited Walker's campus. Mr. Carrafa is known for his work across a wide variety of dance genres and time periods as well as for working with iconic actors including Robert DeNiro, Tom Hanks, Emma Stone and Anne Hathaway. Mr. Carrafa's long list of credits includes choreographing a dozen Broadway shows, and directing and co-writing the original musical Good Vibrations with the songs of the Beach Boys. He is one of a very few choreographers to receive two Tony Nominations in the same year for Into the Woods and Urinetown on Broadway.
