Game Summary

Walker’s defeated Canterbury in New Milford today, winning 8 of the 11 swimming events. It was a fun start to the 2022 part of the competitive swim season. Walker’s had several first-time successful swims, including the 200IM by captain Allison Wall ‘22. Catalina Dotson ‘27 and Liyan Du ‘23 had strong swims in the 500. Kylie Donaldson ‘23 won both of her individual events (100 fly, 100 back), also earning a Personal best time in the 100 butterfly. Walker’s swept the points for the 100 breaststroke with swims from Cecilia Li ‘25, Molly Thacker ‘24, and Lena Miller ‘28. A fast performance by the 400 freestyle relay combination concluded the meet by Lucia, Natalie, Ava, and Kylie.

Walker’s travels to Westminster for a meet with Wilbraham & Monsoon on Saturday, January 22, 2022. The meet will be scored like an invitational.
