Game Summary

Ethel Walker hosted Williston-Northampton in their opening game of the season, enjoying the support of a raucous crowd and playing with all of the adrenaline that accompanies an opening game. Walker’s got off to a fast start, leading 14-9 after the first quarter. After taking a 9 point lead into halftime, Williston mounted a small comeback before Walker’s was able to pull away with some timely shooting and good defense. Walker’s will look to build on their opening effort with a quick turnaround and a trip to Canterbury tomorrow.
