Ethel Walker traveled to Farmington to kick off their first full season in nearly 3 years and came away with a 14-3 win. Walker’s scored 4 in the top of the 1st inning before Porter’s countered with 3 runs of their own. From there, Walker’s pitching and defense held Porter’s at bay, and Walker’s continued to run the bases well and provide timely offense. Khaya Skene went 2-3 with a HR and 5 RBI, and Annalisse Santana added a home run of her own. Walker’s is 1-0 on the season and will travel to Williston-Northampton next Wednesday.
