vs. Suffield Academy

Walker’s was again on the road to play a make-up game against a very good Suffield Academy team. Suffield jumped out to a fast 7-0 lead after 2 innings with some strong hitting and some untimely errors. Into the third inning and beyond, Walker’s settled down, and A. Riendeau ’26 began to mix in some effective offspeed pitches to make the rest of the game much more competitive.  Walkers also began to time the speed of the Suffield pitcher with hits by L. Wry ’27, A. Riendeau, K. Dabkowski ’26, and F. Radmore ’25, highlighting the offensive day. The next game is (finally) home against Taft on Saturday at 2:30 pm.
