vs. Williston Northampton School

Walker’s traveled to Northampton to play Williston after a few weeks off due to inclement weather. Walker’s jumped out to an early 3-0 lead behind solid hitting from the top of the lineup and great defense and pitching. Walker’s was able to hold their lead for 5 innings before Williston put a run on the board in the bottom of the 6th inning. Holding a 3-1 lead, Walker’s was unable to keep the Williston bats at bay in the bottom of the 7th inning, and after tallying several hits and scoring a run, Williston hit a three run home run to earn the 5-3 win.
