On Saturday afternoon, Ethel Walker’s varsity squash team traveled to Westminster for a Founder’s League contest. The hosts came away with a 7-0 victory on the afternoon.
Westminster showed their strengths with 3-0 wins in all but two of the matches. Walker’s earned wins in the second game in the #7 spot of the lineup and in the third game at #4. That match was a tight contest from start to finish with Westminster winning 11-8, 11-8, 4-11, 14-12.
Walker’s will return to action in the new month when they travel to Miss Porter’s on February 7th to take on Porter’s and Canterbury in a dual match. First serves are scheduled for 2:00 pm.
