Suffield Academy hosted Walker’s on their Parents Weekend, where Walker’s put up a good fight until an injury at the beginning of the third set (20-25, 21-25, 11-25). Junior Annalisse Santana ’23 showed her strength as a server, outside hitter, and overall consistent player on the court on Saturday. Walker’s struggled to get out of an 8-point service run that started the third set for Suffield, and then the game paused to accommodate the injury sustained. The girls left on the court fought hard to get it back but the score gap put them at a disadvantage.
