Ethel Walker fell to Taft in three sets in their season opener on Wednesday, September 20th (20-25, 10-25, 18-25). The players went point for point with Taft in the first game, with some outstanding kills from Yihan Chen ‘27. An excellent rally in the third match really showed the perseverance of the team, when Naiya Sabbagh ‘25 ran all the way off the court to return the ball, earning Walker’s a tough point. Coach Feldman is proud of the team’s positive attitude and team spirit, and is looking forward to seeing how the team progresses throughout the season.
