Senior Selected as Finalist in Hartford Symphony Orchestra’s Young Artists Competition

Flutist Hazel Wang ’19 has been selected as a finalist in the Hartford Symphony Orchestra’s 41st Annual Young Artists Competition, which highlights the immense musical talent possessed by students in Connecticut and offers unparalleled performance opportunities for young artists (hartfordsymphony.org).

Hazel will perform in the semi-final round on Friday, May 17. The final concert will take place Saturday, May 18 at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford.
