Students Receive Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

Congratulations to the following students who have received Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades 7-12 (artandwriting.org).

• Art Awards: Ella Samson ’20: an Honorable Mention for a dress titled “1950 Drive-through Wedding”; Royi Jin ’19: an Honorable Mention for her drawing titled “Portrait of a Friend”
• Writing Awards: Amelia Holl ’21: a Silver Key for memoir and an Honorable Mention for poetry; Sande Min ’22: a Silver Key for poetry; Emma Binzer ’21: an Honorable Mention for fiction; Kristin St. Louis ’21: an Honorable Mention for memoir
