Walker’s fell to KO on Wednesday in a three-set match (12-25, 17-25, 6-25). In the first set, the team stayed head-to-head with KO up until the score hit 7-7. Walker’s struggled on serve-receive once the score got a little higher and KO made headway with an 8-point service run. The second set was closer and outside hitter Jordan Hedges ’23 showed the power of her serve. In the third set, Walker’s struggled to get out of rotation on a 9-point service run from KO, setting them back early in the set and ultimately finishing 6-25.
