Holiday Tournament
In between games, Walker’s emphasized the significance of stopping Millbrook’s strong guard play, and with a determination to be named tournament champions, they came out and executed the game plan. Walker’s held Millbrook to just 3 first-quarter points and 9 first-half points and took a 37-9 advantage into the half. Walker’s put the game away in the third quarter, scoring 25 points and giving up just 8. Walker’s earned their second tournament title in the five years of the event, and head into the break at 6-1, looking forward to continued success in 2022.
