In this game, Walker’s continued their excellent team effort on defense, totaling 11 steals, 4 blocks, and 20+ rebounds. The high number of steals generated several fast breaks, which created multiple offensive chances. All eligible players played in the game, helping to create turnovers and notch assists in their first outings for the team. Team Captain Amanda Tollis ’23 shot an impressive 80% from the field, leading the team in scoring. The team has now earned three wins in a row and looks to continue executing a defensive-to-offensive game plan against Porter’s next week.
