Game Summary

On September 10th, JV volleyball had their first scrimmage of the year against ASD. Most of the team had never played a game of volleyball before, but they held their own against a strong ASD squad. Junior Gracie Bennett ’27 was a strong leader on and off the court, despite taking a hard ball to the shins in the second set. Middles Clare Conway ’29 and Caitlin Webb ’27 were strong in the front row with some powerful swings. Setters Zoe Zhu ’28 and Annabelle M. ’32 did great work running around the court and setting up their teammates for some swings. We look forward to our first official game next Wednesday, September 17th!
