Game Summary

Middle school basketball had their first game on Wednesday against Rumsey Hall. Although we didn’t come away with a win, the team played well for their first time together, and got better and better as the quarters progressed. Finley J. ‘31 was the scoring leader with 23 points, most of which were three-point shots. Alexa W. ‘31 also scored in the final quarter as well. We played strong defense in the second half, with several of our brand new players getting steals and grabbing rebounds. Overall, it was a great and hard-fought first game, with a comeback in the second half from a big starting lead, ending in a loss of only eleven points, 36-25.
