vs. The Taft School

Game Summary

Ethel Walker fell to the Taft School on Wednesday, September 18th in their first away game of the season (12-25, 17-25, 12-25). Walker’s was led in kills by senior hitter Amber Furtado ‘25, who made several aggressive plays against Taft’s defense. Walker’s also had several long rallies in the first two sets where the team showed strong communication and kept Taft on their toes. Unfortunately, the team struggled against Taft’s offense in the latter half of each set, and was unable to close the gap.
