Avery Bloom ’23, Bella Bontatibus ’22, Sorrel Reeves ’22, and Natalie Stewart ’23 have been named to the 2021 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) High School National Academic Squad. Bloom also earned Scholar of Distinction recognition.

The High School National Academic Squad program, sponsored by Optimal Performance Associates (OPA) Winning Teams, recognizes those high school juniors and seniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted grade-point average of 3.50 out of 4.0 — or the equivalent — through the first quarter of the 2021-22 school year, and were nominated by their NFHCA member coach.

Juniors and seniors who have achieved a minimum cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 — or the equivalent — through the first quarter of the 2021-22 school year have been recognized as Scholars of Distinction. Student-athletes who have earned Scholar of Distinction honors have been designated with an “SD” in the listing.

The 2021 honorees appear online; they are listed alphabetically by school, then by last name. The table of honorees is also searchable and filterable.
