On Saturday, March 9, students from the cast of Walker’s upcoming spring musical, “Chicago: High School Edition,” traveled to New York City to see the original production of “Chicago” on Broadway. The girls had the privilege of participating in a private choreography workshop with cast member Brian O’Brien, who currently plays Fred Casely and understudies Billy Flynn in the Broadway production. After seeing the matinee, the students were then greeted for a Q&A with the show’s star, Veronica Dunne, who plays Roxie Hart. It was an inspirational, unforgettable day filled with singing and dancing, and the girls had a blast cheering on their role counterparts from the mezzanine and meeting some Broadway icons!
