Walker’s Field Hockey Connections Reach Across the Globe

This past week, Coach Colleen Kinkade brought Walker’s field hockey spirit to the international stage, traveling to Nottingham, England to coach the USA Men’s team at the 2026 World Masters Hockey Indoor World Cup at The University of Nottingham.

The team reflected the truly global nature of the sport, bringing together players now living in the United States who hail from countries including India, Pakistan, Ireland, Japan, Germany, and Australia.

Adding to the Walker’s connection, Coach Kinkade also had the chance to reconnect with former coach Ian Nicholson P’14, ’16, who was competing for the Guyana team. It was a wonderful reminder of the lasting relationships and far-reaching community that field hockey continues to foster.

We are so proud to see Walker’s coaches and alumnae representing our school community on an international stage.
