Ethel Walker School
Hazel Wang ’19, Katherine Tang ’22 and Emma Paterson ’19 have been selected to the 2018 Connecticut Music Educators Association (CMEA) Northeast Regionals. Hazel will be a member of the symphonic band, Katherine will serve as principal in the orchestra and Emma won a place in the festival chorus. These placements are earned through a rigorous adjudication process, and each of these students are eligible for the All-State Festivals auditions.
This year, the Northern Region High School Festival will be held January 18-19 at New Britain High School. The times of the performances are yet to be determined.
