Walker’s competed in a physical battle against Cheshire Academy on Saturday. In their second game of the season, the team displayed its defensive strength, limiting Cheshire’s offense to a few good looks in the first half. Walker’s settled into the game but could not net many goals, taking highly contested shots. Walker’s played hard until the final whistle, led by the work ethic of M. Atwood ’26 in the midfield. The team is looking ahead to a road game against Suffield Academy on Wednesday.
