Game Summary

The win streak stays alive! A great second-to-last home game victory for Walker’s JV Basketball squad. The game got off to a slow start with the first quarter ending Walker’s 13 – Porter’s 4. Both teams played strong defense, limiting the other’s offensive opportunities. Addison B. ‘30 put up 4 points in the first quarter and Ayden Riendeau ‘26 scored an impressive 7 points. The defense remained strong in the second quarter – no points were scored by either team for 5 minutes until Amelia Hamel ‘28 sank her foul shots! Ayden Riendeau ‘26 continued her offensive rampage, sinking another shot from beyond the arc. Walker’s defense really found their groove in the fourth quarter holding Porter’s to a scoreless final quarter. The final score was Walker’s 29 – Porter’s 11. We wish our players a restful long weekend and are excited to take on Taft in an away game next Wednesday!
