vs. The Williston Northampton School

A nice crowd greeted the Wednesday afternoon matchup between Williston and Walkers in Simsbury on a fairly nice weather day in the Spring,  Despite a Walkers effort that didn’t quit Willistons deep lineup prevailed 15-2. Many of the runs were scored as a result of some defensive miscues that we looked to change around as the season progresses. Strong defensive play from Emily Sanchez ’26 and Lily Wry ’27 was cheered on and the top of our lineup produced the hits and runs led by Ayden Riendeau ’25, Emily, Kara Dabkowski ’26. and Emma Sheldon ’26. Coaching staff is confident that improved defensive play and offensive contact over the next couple of weeks will lead to opportunities to ring the bell. Please continue to support the efforts.
