Walker’s traveled to St. Luke’s in New Canaan, coming up short with a 16-6 result. In a highly defensive game for Walker’s, many players stepped up to the defense challenge keeping the St. Luke’s offense quiet in the first quarter. As St. Luke’s settled into the game, they displayed their attacking strength resulting in a 11-2 score at the half. Walker’s offense found success in the fourth quarter, outscoring St. Luke’s 3-2 in the period. Although the team made an impressive defensive showing with clutch saves by Marlo M. ‘25, Walker’s weren’t able to come back from the deficit.
