Balfour Class Ring representatives will be on campus Wednesday, January 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. outside Abra's Dining Hall for ring delivery and late orders.
On Wednesday, February 26 through Friday, February 28, Walker's Theater Program will present Our Town by Thorton Wilder. The performances will be open to the public and cost $10 for adults and $8 for seniors, children 12 and under, and Walker's alumnae to benefit Walker's theater program.
The second "Musings with Meera" parent gathering will be held on Tuesday, February 18 at 6:30 p.m. in Beaver Brook. Enjoy refreshments and conversation with Head of School Dr. Meera Viswanathan and other administrators to hear more about what's happening at Walker's.
Midterm exams will take place next Wednesday, December 18 through Friday, December 20, with review days this coming Monday and Tuesday.
On Wednesday, three students shared their junior projects with the Walker's community.
Walker's Science Club traveled to the Providence VA Medical Center and Brown University on Sunday, January 12, accompanied by science teachers Dr. Piela and Dr. Mitchell.
Earlier this week, Walker's varsity field hockey coach Mimi Duran was honored by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association for her 300th win which occurred this fall during the team's regular season.
Nine students have received awards for their artwork in the Scholastic Art Awards, the nation's longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades 7-12.
