Shinta is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Sintesa Group, an Indonesian conglomerate of 16 subsidiaries, as well as Chairwoman of the Indonesia Employers Association. Recently, Shinta was Chair of the B20, with a focus on “strengthening the resilience of women-led businesses and accelerating infrastructure support for women entrepreneurs”, as well as “increasing the digital capabilities of the female workforce.” Shinta has been named as one of FORBES 50 Powerful Asian Businesswomen, and Fortune Indonesia’s 20 Most Powerful Women 2022. In her numerous  leadership roles in several organizations, she advocates for bolstering women-led businesses, enhancing infrastructure support for women entrepreneurs, and boosting the digital skills of the female workforce.
