Katie joined The Ethel Walker School in November of 2025 after spending more than five years at Trinity College where she worked in both the Career & Life Design Center and the Advancement Office. Before entering the world of education and philanthropy, she studied cultural anthropology at Central Connecticut State University and went on to earn a master’s in forensic anthropology at the University of Edinburgh — where she grew to cherish Scotland.
Katie lives in Avon with her husband and their dog, Laddie, who has confidently appointed himself as head of the household. On weekends, you can often find them hiking local trails and testing out creative vegetarian recipes at home.
