Tj brings over a decade of experience in advancement to her role as Director of Stewardship and Operations. Her background is deeply rooted in the arts. A proud Duck, TJ holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration with a concentration in Cultural Community Development from the University of Oregon, and concurrently earned a Graduate Certificate of Nonprofit Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from UConn. Prior to embarking on a career in advancement, TJ owned and operated a Latin and ballroom dance studio and held roles as Assistant Manager of Administration for the 2010 Decennial Census Norwich office and Shift Manager for VIP Services at Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort.
