Why I chose Walker’s:
I chose Walker's because my sister came here first, and she always raved about how wonderful it was. When I came here, I realized why she loved it so much. The Ethel Walker community was something I had never experienced before. The community is so warm and inviting, and everybody knows one another. We truly are a close knit family here.
Favorite class:
My favorite class would have to be Spanish because my teacher makes it so much fun to learn a new language. Her exuberance and excitement for Spanish makes me love Spanish as well.
Leadership positions:
At Walker's, I am the president of the Middle School.
Something new I’ve tried at Walker’s:
Besides the exotic, new foods at Abra's, I have also tried a new sport, lacrosse, and I love it!
The most important/valuable thing I’ve learned at Walker’s:
I have learned that with hard work and determination, I can do anything I set my mind to.
Walker's in three words:
Diverse. Community. Family.
Future plans/goals:
I plan on going to Law school to become an attorney, and use that money to do what I really love, which is traveling to foreign countries, and doing community service. I would love to work in Spanish speaking countries (especially in Central America) to help people, especially children learn how to read, write, and speak English, while being able to provide the comfort of being able to also communicate in their native tongue.
